great stay in a prime location

The staff was attentive and friendly. i found the food in the restaurant lovely. i also tried the in-room massage. It was great. i highly recommend this hotel to future travelers.
Check-in was a bit slow. I arrived at 10:45 am but didn't get my room until 2 pm.

My business conference at the congress center went great. The hotel's location near shopping and dining was really convenient. I took a short tram ride, it was only six minutes to the conference center. The breakfast offered many options, and everything tasted fresh. I borrowed electrical converters and an ironing board, and they arrived very quickly.

I appreciated the rooftop lounge area. it was super clean. i also enjoyed the walkable neighborhood. It made getting around simple.
The twin beds were quite narrow for my liking. i also did not receive a bathtub despite my initial request for one. That was a bummer.
